To answer this question is as a matter of fact to answer a question of a slightly different substance: should all people receive the proper education? Obviously rather yes, at least as far as it is possible. That is what I believe . In accordance I support the idea that education should be free for all of us. To support this opinion I will present some arguments.
First of all distribution of talent and richness/wellness is somehow different and in many cases does not overlap. That is why all people who are capable of learning and are willing to do so, should have the opportunity not limited by the money they posses. This would be a kind of realisation of however defined concept of fairness in a community.
Even more so young people shouldnt be distracted from fulfilling their wishes or dreams as far as their future life is concerned only because their parents are not capable of paying for their education.
Next it is very common that people who come from poor background are more motivated to do something interesting with their life. Simply because they need money. They pay more attention to learning, because it may be their only way out of poverty. That is why they should be given the chance, but as people are equal, also those who have money, should have a chance to receive a free education.
On the other hand education organised in such a manner can have perhaps a bit lower level, as there is less money for it. Baring this in mind also private education - fully paid - should be allowed.
On balance people should be given a chance to study, develop their interests and broaden their knowledge for free, because education is a base for each modern community.
